Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)는 점막 관련 T 림프구와 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 분자로, TGF-β1 세포의 일부에서도 나타납니다.
150kDa α체인과 120kDa β체인으로 구성된 integrin family 단백질로, α체인과 β체인이 결합하여 이종이합체 형태를 이룹니다.
ITGAE 유전자는 세포외 도메인에서 번역 후 절단되어 이황화 결합된 heavy/light chain을 형성합니다.
β7 integrin과 결합하여 E-cadherin 결합 integrin인 인간 mucosal lymphocyte-1 항원을 형성합니다.
CD103은 주로 인간 장내 상피내 림프구(IEL)에 발현되며, 세포 부착 및 활성화에 관여합니다.
CD103 기능 이상은 털세포 백혈병(hairy cell leukemia) 및 비장 변연부 림프종(splenic marginal zone lymphoma)과 관련이 있습니다.
