Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The TFB1M protein is a dimethyltransferase that methylates the conserved stem loop of mitochondrial 12S rRNA. It is part of the basal mitochondrial transcription complex and essential for mitochondrial gene expression. Methylation and transcriptional activities are independent, and gene variations may affect aminoglycoside-induced deafness severity.
