RbAp48-11G10 recognizes full-length RbAp48, a 48 kDa nuclear protein that interacts with the carboxyl-terminus of the retinoblastoma protein (Rb). It is a member of the WD (Trp-Asp) repeat protein family, part of the CAF-1 complex, capable of binding histone H4, and is a subunit of human histone deacetylase HD1.
