Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and facilitate mitochondrial protein synthesis.
Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit, with a high protein-to-rRNA ratio (~75%).
Unlike prokaryotic ribosomes, mammalian mitoribosomes lack a 5S rRNA.
The MRPS34 gene encodes a 28S subunit protein; multiple splice variants have been identified, though their full-length sequences remain undetermined.
