Description:
2C9.G3 (HMb3-1) 단클론 항체는 마우스 및 랫트 CD61 (Integrin beta3)에 반응합니다. CD61은 활성화된 T세포, 과립구, 혈소판에 발현되며, integrin αV(CD51) 및 αIIb(CD41)와 결합해 비트로넥틴 수용체(Vitronectin Receptor)와 gpIIb/IIIa 복합체를 형성합니다. 이들 복합체는 fibrinogen, fibronectin, vitronectin, thrombospondin, von Willebrand factor 등의 세포외기질 성분과의 부착에 관여합니다.

각 제품에는 NovaFluor 결합 항체 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial이 포함됩니다.

• Flow cytometric analysis

Applications Tested:

• 마우스 비장세포 및 골수세포 분석에 테스트됨
• ≤ 0.1 µg/test 사용 권장
• 1 test = 100 µL 최종 부피 내 세포 샘플을 염색할 수 있는 항체량
• 세포 수는 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험적으로 결정
• 최적 성능을 위해 항체 적정 권장

주의사항:

• NovaFluor 염료는 DNA 결합형 viability dye (propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않음
• Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell Stains 사용 권장

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 사용 지침:

• NovaFluor 결합 항체 사용 시 필수
• 항체 칵테일에 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 5 µL/sample 추가
• 단일 색상 대조군에서도 동일 조건(100 µL cell sample, 10³–10⁸ cells)에 적용

기술 정보:
NovaFluor 결합체는 Phiton™ 기술 기반의 핵산 염료 구조를 사용하여 형광 신호 간 간섭(spillover, spread)을 최소화합니다.

주의:
내부 테스트 결과, NovaFluor Yellow 570은 SJL 마우스의 B 세포에서 비특이적 염색을 보였으며, BALB/c 및 C57BL/6에서는 관찰되지 않았습니다.
