Target Information
Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP)는 Ena-VASP 단백질 패밀리의 구성원으로, E/DFPPPPXD/E 모티프를 포함한 단백질과 결합하는 EVH1 N-말단 도메인을 포함합니다. 이 도메인은 Ena-VASP 단백질을 focal adhesion으로 유도합니다. 중간 영역에는 SH3 및 WW 도메인 함유 단백질과 결합하는 프롤린 풍부 도메인이 있으며, C-말단 EVH2 도메인은 테트라머 형성과 G 및 F 액틴 결합을 매개합니다. VASP는 필라멘트성 액틴 형성과 관련되어 세포 부착 및 이동에 중요한 역할을 하며, integrin-세포외기질 상호작용을 조절하는 세포 내 신호 경로에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 VASP는 PKA 및 PKG에 의해 조절됩니다.
