Target Information
C20orf112, also termed as chromosome 20 open reading frame 112, is a 436 amino acid protein that contains a hydrophobic N-terminal region and two small coiled-coil domains. C20orf112 may be involved in endocytosis and normal brain development, and is required for mediating the cell energy response. The function and mechanism of C20orf112 remain to be further studied.
