Product Specific Information
This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Horse, and Rat.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.
Advantages:
- High specificity and sensitivity
- Lot-to-lot consistency
- Animal origin-free formulations
- Broader immunoreactivity due to larger rabbit immune repertoire
Target Information
PAK4 is highly expressed in prostate, testis, and colon. It interacts tightly with GTP-bound CDC42 and weakly with RAC, phosphorylating and activating the JNK pathway.
PAK5 contains a CDC42/Rac1 interactive binding (CRIB) motif and a Ste20-like kinase domain. It preferentially binds to CDC42 in the presence of GTP, with the CRIB motif essential for this interaction.
PAK6 translocates into the nucleus with androgen receptor in response to androgen, playing a role in male sexual differentiation and development. It is activated by MAP kinase 6 and p38 MAP kinase, suggesting involvement in stress-related cellular responses.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
