Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERRG, also known as ERR3 or NR3B3) is an orphan member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily.
ERRG functions as a transcription activator in the absence of a bound ligand, binding specifically to estrogen response elements and activating reporter genes under their control.
It also induces the expression of PERM1 in skeletal muscle.
