For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
The 26S proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex composed of two major subcomplexes: a 20S core and a 19S regulator.
- The 20S core consists of four rings with 28 subunits (two α and two β rings).
- The 19S regulator includes a base (6 ATPase and 2 non-ATPase subunits) and a lid (up to 10 non-ATPase subunits).
Proteasomes function in ATP/ubiquitin-dependent peptide cleavage in non-lysosomal pathways and play a key role in class I MHC peptide processing via the immunoproteasome.
The PSMF1 gene encodes a protein that inhibits proteasome activation by the 11S and 19S regulators. Alternative transcript variants have been identified.
