Purpose

Designed for centrifugal concentration and purification of biological samples.

• Final concentrate volume: 40–100 μL
• Fits centrifuges accepting standard 15 mL conical tubes
• Maximum centrifugal force:
  • Swinging bucket rotor: 3,000 × g
  • Fixed angle rotor: 7,500 × g (3, 5, 10 KD), 5,000 × g (30, 50, 100 KD)
• Active membrane area: 3.5 cm²
• High recovery rate (>90%)
• Vertical design enables fast sample processing
• Deadstop feature prevents sample overdrying
• Manufactured in Class 100,000 cleanroom
• Complies with ISO13485 and ISO9001 quality management systems

• Amines
• Ammonium hydroxide (≥5%)

• Butyl acetate (≥40%)
• Dimethyl acetamide (DMAC) (≥30%)
• Ethers
• Hydrochloric acid (≥0.5 N at 50°C)
• Isopropyl Alcohol (≥25%)
• Ketones
• Methylene chloride (≥1%)
• Methyl ethyl ketone (≥1%)
• Phosphoric acid (≥1 N)
• Sodium deoxycholate (≥5%)
• Sodium hydroxide (≥0.5 N at 50°C)
• Sodium hypochlorite (≥0.04%)
• Tetrahydrofuran (≥5%)
