Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Monoglyceride lipase (MGLL) functions with hormone-sensitive lipase to hydrolyze intracellular triglyceride stores in adipocytes and other cells into fatty acids and glycerol. MGLL may also complement lipoprotein lipase in completing hydrolysis of monoglycerides resulting from degradation of lipoprotein triglycerides.
