Target Information
CD27은 종양괴사인자 수용체(TNF receptor) 초가족의 구성원으로, CD40 및 CD30과 함께 세포 증식 및 사멸 조절에 관여합니다. CD27과 그 리간드 CD70의 발현은 주로 림프구에 제한되어 있으며, 항원 수용체의 적절한 결합에 따라 CD27의 발현이 증가합니다. CD27은 성숙한 흉선세포, 말초혈 T세포 및 일부 B세포에서 이황화결합된 호모다이머 형태로 발현됩니다. T세포 활성화 시 세포막상의 CD27 발현이 증가하고, 가용성 형태의 sCD27(28–32 kDa)이 혈장, 소변 또는 척수액에서 검출됩니다. sCD27은 급성 및 만성 B세포 종양의 예후 표지자로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 CD27 결함은 Lymphoproliferative Syndrome 2 및 Autosomal Recessive Lymphoproliferative Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
