이 항체는 120 kDa 이황화 결합 이합체 형태의 단백질 CD27을 인식합니다. CD27은 대부분의 말초 T세포, 흉선수질 T세포, 메모리형 B세포, NK세포에 발현됩니다.
CD27은 TNF 수용체 초가족(TNFR superfamily)에 속하는 막관통 인산당단백질로, 리간드 CD70과 결합하여 T세포 공동자극 및 B세포 활성화를 유도합니다. 또한 TRAF 단백질과 상호작용하여 NF-κB 및 SAPK/JNK 경로를 활성화하고, 세포자멸사를 유도하는 역할을 합니다.
Target Information
CD27은 TNF 수용체 초가족(TNFR superfamily)에 속하는 50 kDa 단백질로, CD40 및 CD30과 함께 세포 증식 및 사멸 조절에 관여합니다.
CD27 및 CD70의 발현은 주로 림프구에 제한되어 있으며, 항원 수용체의 결합에 의해 CD27 발현이 증가합니다.
CD27은 성숙한 흉선세포, 말초혈액 T세포 및 일부 B세포에서 이황화 결합된 동종이합체 형태로 존재합니다.
T세포 활성화 시 CD27 발현이 증가하며, 용해형 CD27(sCD27)이 혈장, 소변, 척수액에서 검출됩니다. 이는 B세포 종양의 예후 마커로 활용됩니다.
CD27 결합 단백질 SIVA는 세포자멸사 유도에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
CD27 기능 이상은 Lymphoproliferative Syndrome 2 및 Autosomal Recessive Lymphoproliferative Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
