Product Specific Information
- 보관 전 -20°C에서 보관하십시오.
- 장기 보관 시 소분하여 -20°C 이하에서 냉동 보관하며, 동결과 해동을 반복하지 않도록 주의합니다.
- 실온에서 방치 후 완전히 투명하지 않을 경우 원심분리 후 사용하십시오.
- 희석 전 원액 상태로 4°C에서 수 주간 안정합니다.
- 사용 직전에만 희석하여 사용하십시오.
- 본 항체는 human MEK1 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하며, 면역원 서열의 상동성에 따라 mouse 및 rat에서도 교차 반응이 예상됩니다.
- MEK2 isoform과는 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
MAP2K1 (MEK1) kinase는 이중 특이성 단백질 키나아제로, 세포 성장과 분화를 조절하는 MAPK 신호전달 경로에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
다양한 성장 인자, 사이토카인, 막 탈분극 및 칼슘 유입에 의해 활성화됩니다.
Raf1에 의해 Ser218 및 Ser222 잔기가 인산화되어 활성화되며, 스트레스 반응, 세포사멸, 사이토카인 유도 증식 반응에 관여합니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 cardiofaciocutaneous 증후군을 유발할 수 있습니다.
