Target Information
Mouse IgG1은 항원에 대한 반응으로 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G의 아형으로, 혈청 내 가장 풍부한 IgG 서브타입입니다. 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존 세포독성 등 다양한 면역 기능에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 조절에도 관여합니다. 연구 및 진단용으로 ELISA, Western blot, 면역조직화학 등 다양한 분석에 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발에도 활용됩니다.
