The immunogen is IL-2-dependent mouse T-cell line CTL-L.
Target Information
Stem Cell Antigen-1 (Sca-1) is a member of the lymphocyte antigen 6 (Ly-6) family.
It is expressed on multipotent hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) and serves as a marker for HSC in mice.
Sca-1 is used with lineage depletion antibodies to identify murine HSC and is found in fetal liver, adult bone marrow, peripheral blood, and spleen.
It may play a role in regulating B and T cell activation.
