R1-2 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD49d (150 kDa integrin alpha4 서브유닛)에 반응합니다. CD49d는 integrin beta1(CD29)과 비공유 결합하여 VLA-4 복합체를 형성하며, fibronectin 및 VCAM-1(CD106)의 수용체 역할을 합니다. 이 복합체는 흉선세포, 말초 림프구, 단핵구 및 호산구에서 발현됩니다. 또한 integrin β7과 결합하여 MAdCAM-1과 상호작용합니다.

• Applications Reported: Flow Cytometric Analysis
• Applications Tested: Mouse splenocytes 분석에 사용됨 (≤1 µg/test).
  • 1 test는 100 µL 내에서 세포 시료를 염색하는 데 필요한 항체량을 의미함.
  • 세포 수는 실험적으로 결정 (10⁵~10⁸ cells/test).

Target Information

Integrin alpha 4(CD49d, ITGA4)는 integrin alpha 체인 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, beta1 또는 beta7 체인과 결합하여 heterodimer를 형성합니다. Alpha4beta1 및 alpha4beta7의 리간드 결합 부위는 alpha4 체인에 존재하며, 주요 리간드는 MadCAM, VCAM, fibronectin입니다. MadCAM은 integrin alpha4beta7의 주요 리간드로 알려져 있으며, HIV-1 envelope 단백질이 MadCAM을 모방하여 integrin alpha4beta7을 통해 결합 및 신호전달을 유도할 수 있음이 보고되었습니다.
