R1-2 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD49d (150 kDa integrin alpha4 서브유닛)에 반응합니다. CD49d는 integrin beta1(CD29)과 비공유 결합하여 VLA-4 복합체를 형성하며, fibronectin 및 VCAM-1(CD106)의 수용체 역할을 합니다. 이 복합체는 흉선세포, 말초 림프구, 단핵구 및 호산구에서 발현됩니다. 또한 integrin β7과 결합하여 MAdCAM-1과 상호작용합니다.
- Applications Reported: Flow Cytometric Analysis
- Applications Tested: Mouse splenocytes 분석에 사용됨 (≤1 µg/test).
- 1 test는 100 µL 내에서 세포 시료를 염색하는 데 필요한 항체량을 의미함.
