Target Information
Synaptic Ras-GTPase activating protein (SynGAP)은 뇌에서 거의 독점적으로 발현되는 PDZ-domain 결합 단백질입니다.
SynGAP은 postsynaptic density의 주요 구성 요소로, PSD-95 및 NMDA 수용체와 결합합니다.
CaM kinase II에 의한 인산화로 Ras-GTPase 활성이 억제되며, 활성화되지 않은 NMDA 수용체 존재하에서 MAP kinase 활성의 음성 조절자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
