Target Information
SNAPs (soluble NSF attachment proteins)는 SNAREs (SNAP receptors) 및 N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion protein (NSF)과 함께 작용하여 수송 소포가 목표 막과 융합되도록 하는 데 필요합니다. 이는 시냅스 전달, 골지체 내 수송, 엔도솜 간 융합 및 세포막으로의 운반 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. Vesicle과 target membrane의 초기 결합은 SNARE 복합체 형성으로 시작되며, α-SNAP은 이 복합체에 결합하여 NSF의 결합을 매개하고 20S fusion particle을 형성합니다. 이후 NSF의 ATP 가수분해가 융합 과정을 시작하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
