Target Information
H3 Histamine Receptor는 신경전달물질 norepinephrine과 somatostatin의 방출을 조절합니다. 뇌의 histamine 함유 뉴런에서는 presynaptic autoreceptor로, 비-histamine 뉴런에서는 presynaptic heteroreceptor로 작용합니다. 다양한 isoform은 alternative splicing을 통해 생성되며, 주로 뇌에서 발현됩니다. 또한 brain (normal 및 cancer), breast cancer, colon cancer, retinoblastoma 라이브러리에서도 EST가 보고되었습니다.
