Antibody detects endogenous levels of total HBXIP.
Target Information
HBXIP, also named as XIP, belongs to the HBXIP family. It was originally identified by its interaction with the C-terminus of hepatitis B virus (HBV) X protein (HBx). HBXIP regulates centrosome dynamics and cytokinesis, and can up-regulate S100A4 through activating STAT4 and inducing DNA methylation of PTEN. HBXIP is a cellular 18 kDa protein and shows cytoplasmic staining.
