Storage Conditions and Product Stability
All solutions should be kept tightly sealed and stored at room temperature.
Stable for 2 years after shipment.
Warm Lysis Buffer A for 20 minutes at 60°C if salt precipitation is observed.
Important Note
Suitable for exosome purification from fresh or frozen serum/plasma collected on EDTA or Citrate.
Do not use plasma from heparin-treated blood, as heparin interferes with downstream applications such as RT-PCR.

FAQs (Selected)
- Centrifugation should be at room temperature; 4°C does not affect performance.
- Adding incorrect reagent volumes can reduce yield and quality.
- Second elution is possible; use half volume and separate tube.
- Exosomes contain little RNA; increasing input volume can raise yield.
- Store purified exosomes at −80°C; avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
