The GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G is part of the GeneChip System 3000 instrument platform that scans next-generation higher-density arrays, including SNP arrays with up to 900,000 SNPs, tiling arrays for transcription, and all-exon arrays for whole-genome analysis.

This scanner comes pre-assembled with the GeneChip AutoLoader, combining space-saving design with speed, superior performance, and lower scanner-to-scanner variation to dramatically improve throughput and efficiency in genetic analysis.
Enhanced auto-focus and consistent biological performance between scanners ensure improved data integrity and reliable data sharing between researchers.

Designed to accommodate future advancements in GeneChip probe array technology, the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G provides sample tracking, temperature control, and walk-away scanning freedom.
It is supplied with a powerful computer workstation equipped with a quad-core Intel Core i9-12900 processor and GeneChip Data Collection (GCDC) software.
A one-year service agreement is included with the purchase.

GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G High-Resolution Scanning Patch

Do not install this patch unless your GeneChip Scanner 3000 has been upgraded for high-resolution processing.

Please Note:
If you plan to analyze array data generated from an instrument workstation or server upgraded for high-resolution processing, you must apply this patch to your analysis workstation.
Additionally, the High-Resolution Scanning Patch must be reapplied to GCOS workstations and servers (if applicable) after installing new library files.
