Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The POR gene encodes an endoplasmic reticulum membrane oxidoreductase containing an FAD-binding domain and a flavodoxin-like domain.
This protein transfers electrons from NADPH to all microsomal P450 enzymes via FAD and FMN cofactors.
Mutations in POR are associated with disorders such as combined P450C17 and P450C21 deficiency, amenorrhea, disordered steroidogenesis, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, and Antley-Bixler syndrome.
