Target Information
CD1a는 비다형적 MHC Class I 관련 세포 표면 당단백질로, β2-마이크로글로불린과 결합하여 발현됩니다. CD1a는 피질 흉선세포, 랑게르한스 세포, 수지상세포 및 특정 T세포 백혈병과 같은 일부 악성 세포에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 주로 지질 및 당지질 항원을 T세포에 제시하며, 인간 게놈에는 CD1a, CD1b, CD1c, CD1d, CD1e의 다섯 가지 CD1 유전자가 존재합니다. CD1a는 세포막 및 초기 엔도솜계 소포에서 재활용되며, 대체 스플라이싱된 전사체 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
