Target Information
Decorin은 small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) 계열의 단백질로, biglycan과 함께 cartilage의 interterritorial 영역에서 발견됩니다. Decorin은 collagen 및 기타 matrix 단백질과 상호작용하여 cartilage matrix를 조절하며, fibronectin, thrombospondin, C1q, EGFR, TGF-β 등과도 결합합니다. 또한 chondrocyte의 세포 주기 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. Decorin의 neoepitope fragment는 PKTLQE 서열을 가지며, MMP-3 또는 ADAMTS-4에 의해 Glu154–Leu155 위치에서 절단되어 생성됩니다.
