Specificity Comments:
Decorin은 small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) 계열 단백질로, glycosaminoglycan 사슬을 포함한 코어 단백질로 구성되어 있습니다. 코어 단백질은 10개의 leucine-rich 반복 서열과 이들을 안정화하는 이황화 결합 루프를 포함합니다.
Decorin은 Collagen Type I, II, IV와 결합하여 섬유 형성을 조절하며, Fibronectin, Thrombospondin, Decorin endocytosis receptor 및 TGF와 상호작용합니다.
염증성 관절 질환에서의 연골 파괴에 관련될 수 있으며, 면역염색 시 chondroitinase-SBC 또는 testicular hyaluronidase 전처리가 필요할 수 있습니다.
Target Information
Decorin은 small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) 패밀리의 구성원으로, biglycan과 함께 세포외기질에서 콜라겐 및 기타 매트릭스 단백질과 상호작용하여 구조적 안정성을 조절합니다.

Decorin의 neoepitope fragment (PKTLQE)는 MMP-3 또는 ADAMTS-4에 의해 Glu154-Leu155에서 절단되어 생성됩니다.
