Target Information
Alpha-1-AT은 간에서 합성되며 트립신, 엘라스타제, 키모트립신, 콜라게나제, 백혈구 프로테아제, 플라스민, 트롬빈 등의 프로테아제 억제제로 작용합니다. Alpha-1-AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 폐 실질을 소화하여 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(폐기종) 및 유아 간경변증, 신생아 호흡곤란과 관련될 수 있습니다. Alpha-1-AT 증가는 조직 괴사 및 염증에 대한 급성기 반응으로 나타나며, 류마티스 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암증 등에서 혈청 농도가 상승합니다.
