Target Information
EPS15 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in cell growth regulation and mitogenic signal control. Phosphorylation of EPS15 on Tyrosine 849 upon DNA damage is associated with EGFR internalization. Chromosomal aberrations involving EPS15 have been identified in acute leukemias, leading to abnormal activator protein formation.
