Target Information
VTN은 pexin 계열 단백질로, 혈청 및 조직 내에 존재하며 세포 부착과 확산을 촉진합니다. 또한 보체 경로의 세포막 손상 효과를 억제하고 여러 serpin serine protease inhibitor와 결합합니다. 이 단백질은 분비형으로 단일 사슬 형태 또는 이황화 결합으로 연결된 절단된 이중 사슬 형태로 존재할 수 있습니다.
