Product Specific Information
In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Olig2 and Olig3.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS before use.
Target Information
OLIG1 (oligodendrocyte transcription factor 1) promotes the formation and maturation of oligodendrocytes, particularly in the brain. It cooperates with OLIG2 to establish the pMN domain of the embryonic neural tube.
