Product Specific Information
The SA-DA4 monoclonal antibody reacts with the mu (μ) heavy chain of human IgM and does not cross-react with other human immunoglobulin classes (IgD, IgG, or IgA).
IgM is expressed intracellularly during early B lymphopoiesis and on the surface of mature B cells.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and validated for flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells.
Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell count should be empirically determined (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Fluorochrome Information:
eFluor™ 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue™, excited by the 405 nm violet laser and emits at 445 nm. Ensure instrument compatibility with this fluorochrome.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
Target Information
IgM is expressed intracellularly during early B cell development and on the surface of mature B cells in bone marrow and peripheral blood.
