CAMK1D (CaMK1 delta)는 칼슘/칼모듈린 의존성 단백질 키나아제 계열에 속하는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제입니다.
이 단백질은 다형핵 백혈구에서 발현되며, 과립구 기능을 조절하는 케모카인 신호전달 경로의 일부로 작용할 수 있습니다.
또한 신경세포 사멸 조절에도 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
CaMK1D-beta isoform은 Ca²⁺/CaM 의존적 활성을 가지며, CAM-Kkalpha에 의해 Thr180 잔기의 인산화를 통해 활성화됩니다.
