• Reconstitution:
  Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
  The antibody is shipped lyophilized at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
  Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
  Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene belongs to the frizzled gene family, which encodes seven-transmembrane domain proteins serving as receptors for Wingless-type MMTV integration site family signaling proteins.
Most frizzled receptors are coupled to the β-catenin canonical signaling pathway.
Although the precise function of Frizzled-3 is unknown, it may play a role in mammalian hair follicle development.
