Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the fibronectin leucine-rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family.
FLRTs may function in cell adhesion and/or receptor signaling. Their protein structures resemble small leucine-rich proteoglycans found in the extracellular matrix.
This gene is expressed in many tissues. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described.
