Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The TOMM34 protein is involved in the import of precursor proteins into mitochondria.
It exhibits chaperone-like activity by binding the mature portion of unfolded proteins and aiding their mitochondrial import.
This cytoplasmic protein, sometimes associated with the outer mitochondrial membrane, has weak ATPase activity and contains six TPR repeats.
