PA1-655는 rat, mouse, human 조직에서 lysosome-associated membrane protein-2 (LAMP2)를 검출합니다.
Western blot, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot에서는 사용된 lysis buffer에 따라 glycosylated 및 non-glycosylated LAMP2를 검출합니다.
면역원 펩타이드는 rat LAMP2의 아미노산 잔기 400–411에 해당하며, mouse 및 guinea pig에서도 동일하게 보존되어 있습니다.
PA1-655 immunizing peptide (Cat. # PEP-039)는 중화 및 대조 실험용으로 사용 가능합니다.

Target Information

LAMP2 (Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2, CD107b)는 막당단백질 패밀리에 속하며, selectin에 carbohydrate ligand를 제공하고 종양 세포 전이에 관여할 수 있습니다.
LAMP2는 리소좀의 보호, 유지, 부착에 중요한 역할을 하며, posttranslational modification 전에는 약 46 kDa의 폴리펩타이드입니다.
성숙한 LAMP2는 다양한 N-linked 및 O-linked 당쇄로 광범위하게 당화되어 총 분자량은 약 100–130 kDa입니다.
LAMP2는 큰 아미노 말단 리소좀 내 도메인, 소수성 막관통 도메인, 짧은 카르복시 말단 세포질 꼬리로 구성되어 있습니다.
이 단백질은 chaperone-mediated autophagy를 모니터링하는 데 사용되며, LAMP-2A, -2B, -2C 세 가지 변이형이 존재합니다.
LAMP2는 CD107a/LAMP-1과 함께 리소좀 막의 주요 구성 성분으로, 리소좀 생합성 및 phagosome과의 융합에 필수적입니다.
LAMP2 결핍 시 여러 조직에서 autophagosome 축적이 발생하여 심근병증 및 근병증(Danon’s disease)을 유발합니다.
