Target Information
MAP3K10 (MLK2) is a serine/threonine kinase that activates MAPK8/JNK and MKK4/SEK1.
It can be phosphorylated and activated by JNK kinases, functioning preferentially in the JNK signaling pathway.
Reported to be involved in nerve growth factor (NGF)-induced neuronal apoptosis.
