Pacific Orange™ dye는 violet laser(405 nm)에 의해 최적으로 여기되며, 575, 585 또는 600 nm band pass filter를 사용할 때 최적 검출이 가능합니다.
Pacific Blue™ 및 Pacific Orange™ conjugates는 모두 405 nm에서 여기되어 각각 455 nm와 551 nm에서 방출되므로, 두 색상 동시 분석(two-color analysis)에 적합합니다.
Target Information
CD16은 immunoglobulin G의 Fc 부분을 인식하는 수용체로, 면역복합체 제거 및 세포매개 세포독성, 바이러스 감염 증강 등 다양한 기능에 관여합니다.
해당 유전자인 FCGR3A는 염색체 1에 위치하며, FCGR3B와 높은 유사성을 가지며 NK 세포에서는 막관통형 glycoprotein으로 발현되고, PMN에서는 phosphatidylinositol(PI) 연결을 통해 발현됩니다.
FCGR3A 변이는 Immunodeficiency 20, Herpes Zoster, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Alloimmune Neonatal Neutropenia 등과 관련이 있습니다.
다양한 isoform을 인코딩하는 대체 스플라이싱 변이도 보고되었습니다.
