ADRBK1 (GRK2)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, G 단백질 연결 수용체(GPCR)의 중요한 조절 인자입니다. GRK2는 포유류에서 널리 발현되며, GPCR 리간드 결합 후 수용체를 인산화하여 β-arrestin-1 매개 내재화를 유도하고 Ras–Raf–ERK1/2 신호 경로를 활성화합니다.
ERK는 GRK2의 Ser670 잔기를 인산화하여 GRK2 활성을 음성 피드백 방식으로 조절합니다.
