Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The TRMT2A protein is of unknown function but is orthologous to the mouse Trmt2a gene and contains an RNA methyltransferase domain. TRMT2A expression varies during the cell cycle, and aberrant expression may serve as a biomarker in certain breast cancers. Multiple transcript variants encoding two isoforms have been identified.
