Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in hematopoietic progenitors from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients. It may serve as a critical substrate for the chimeric p210(bcr/abl) protein associated with CML and binds p120 from CML cells.
