Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DPP3 gene encodes a cytoplasmic metallopeptidase of the M49 family that binds a single zinc ion via the motif HELLGH. It exhibits post-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity, cleaving Xaa-Pro dipeptides from protein N-termini. Elevated DPP3 activity has been linked to endometrial and ovarian cancers. Multiple splice variants have been described.
