Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They comprise a selection of multiple different recombinant monoclonal antibodies, providing both the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies and the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, with the consistency of recombinant production.
Functionally similar to polyclonal antibodies, they recognize multiple epitope sites on the target, enabling higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets.
Each lot is produced with a known mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating biological variability.

Target Information
GATA1 is a transcriptional activator or repressor serving as a general switch factor for erythroid development. It binds to DNA sites with the consensus sequence 5'-[AT]GATA[AG]-3' within regulatory regions of globin genes and other genes expressed in erythroid cells.
