Target Information
Cytochrome P450 단백질(CYPs)은 약물 대사 및 콜레스테롤, 스테로이드, 기타 지질 합성에 관여하는 산화효소입니다. CYP4F11은 cytochrome P450 4F 단백질의 아이소폼으로, 주로 간에서 발현되며 신장, 심장, 골격근에서도 존재합니다. 524개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며, CYP4F2, CYP4F3, CYP4F8과 각각 80.0%, 82.3%, 79.2%의 서열 유사성을 가집니다. CYP4F11은 내인성 eicosanoids 및 일부 임상적으로 중요한 약물 대사에 관여하며, erythromycin과 같은 큰 분자도 대사할 수 있습니다.
