Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NUDT6 (nudix-type motif 6), also known as Antisense basic fibroblast growth factor or GFG-1, is a member of the Nudix hydrolase family of pyrophosphatases.
Nudix hydrolases catalyze the hydrolysis of nucleoside diphosphate derivatives and contain a characteristic Nudix domain.
NUDT6 is an antisense transcript of the FGF-2 gene and is believed to regulate FGF-2 expression, which plays a role in angiogenesis, neuroectoderm development, and wound healing.
Two isoforms of NUDT6 are produced by alternative splicing.
