Target Information
RUVBL2는 단일가닥 DNA 자극 ATPase 및 ATP 의존성 DNA helicase(5’→3’) 활성을 가지며, NuA4 히스톤 아세틸전달효소 복합체의 구성 요소로서 히스톤 H4 및 H2A의 아세틸화를 통해 특정 유전자의 전사 활성화에 관여합니다.
이 복합체는 종양유전자 및 원종양유전자에 의한 성장 유도, 종양억제 유전자 매개 성장 정지, 복제 노화, 세포사멸, DNA 수선 등 다양한 전사 프로그램의 활성화에 필요할 수 있습니다.
RUVBL2는 MYC에 의한 암성 변환에서 필수적인 역할을 하며, LEF1/TCF1-CTNNB1 복합체에 의한 전사 활성화를 조절하고 ATF2의 전사 활성을 억제할 수 있습니다.
