Target Information
CD84는 성숙한 B세포 및 다양한 B세포 라인에서 발현되며, 형질세포 라인에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 면역조직화학 연구에 따르면 CD84는 조직 내 대식세포에서 강하게 발현되며, 혈소판에서는 높은 수준으로, 말초 혈액 T세포에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 고도로 당화되어 있으며, 면역글로불린 초과가족에 속합니다. 백혈구 활성화에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
