Target Information
Spermidine/spermine-N1-acetyltransferase (SSAT1)는 폴리아민 대사 효소로, 폴리아민의 아세틸화를 촉매하여 세포 내 폴리아민 농도를 조절합니다. SSAT1의 유도는 폴리아민 항상성 유지에 중요한 역할을 하며, N1-acetylated 폴리아민은 배출되거나 acetylpolyamine oxidase에 의해 산화됩니다.
